Privacy Policy
Who we are
besttradeschool.ai is a directory operated by Zollege, the network that runs the dental and medical assistant programs listed on this site. When this policy says "we," we mean Zollege.
What we collect
We only collect what the site needs to work:
- ZIP codes you search. When you enter a ZIP in the search form, your browser sends it to a geocoding service (Zippopotam.us) to look up the latitude and longitude. We do not store your ZIP searches on our servers.
- Email addresses you give us. If you opt in on the "notify me when a location opens" form, your email goes to HubSpot, where we manage the notification list. You can unsubscribe any time.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and request timestamps. These logs are used for security and performance, not profiling.
What we do not collect
- We do not require an account. There is no login.
- We do not use tracking cookies beyond what's essential for the site to function.
- We do not run third-party advertising pixels on this site today. If that changes, we will update this policy and tell you on the page where they're added.
- We do not sell your ZIP, email, or any other data to third parties.
Third parties we work with
Running the site requires a few outside services. Each sees only what it needs:
- Zippopotam.us — turns a ZIP into a latitude/longitude so we can rank nearby programs. Your browser talks to them directly; they see your IP address and the ZIP you entered.
- HubSpot — stores the email list for location-opening notifications. Only receives your email (and the ZIP you searched, for context) when you actively submit the notify form.
- Our hosting provider — serves the site and keeps standard access logs.
How long we keep things
Email list entries stay until you unsubscribe. Server logs roll over on our host's default schedule (typically 30 to 90 days). We do not maintain a historical record of ZIP searches.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what information we have about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your information (subject to any legal retention requirements).
- Remove you from the notification list.
Email info@zollege.com with the request. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and residents of other states or countries may have rights under their own laws — we honor them.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email info@zollege.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the site changes how it handles data. The "last updated" date at the top shows the most recent revision. For material changes, we will surface a notice on the site.
